It's been quite a year in terms of the evolving regulation of digital health. As we end the year the FDA is organising a digital health advisory committee that will discuss technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, virtual reality, and digital therapeutics as well as topics like decentralized clinical trials and patient-generated health data.

Looking back, looking forward

This year has also seen the enforcement of new Medical Device Regulations in the EU and the the world’s first comprehensive AI law. Are regulators across the globe able to keep up with the evolution of digital health... LLMs, VR, the metaverse, the list goes on? It's been a massive year in regulatory activity so join us for a review of regulation in digital health in the last DHV Leader Club session of 2023.
