The DHV ORACLE provides convenient access to digital health-related information that is available in the public domain on the internet and may be a service provided as part of a comprehensive membership package or as a stand-alone, subscription service.

The aim of the DHV ORACLE is to allow its subscribers to efficiently access current information through internet links to sources relevant to digital health.

  • The DHV ORACLE does not promote any company product or service however articles authored by organisations will be included if the information within is deemed to enhance the understanding of Oracle subscribers.

  • As with conventional search engines, the DHV ORACLE provides summary information and access  to the original article through the link provided.The DHV ORACLE endeavours to select credible information sources but no liability is accepted for the accuracy of this information or any losses arising from its use.

  • The DHV ORACLE aims to provide current information and links to original information sources but accepts no liability if these links have changed or are not functional.

Access to the DHV ORACLE is for the time stated during the sign-up process to the trial plan and is for evaluation of the DHV ORACLE service. Access can be withdrawn at any time during a free trial without reason or explanation.

Payment for access to the DHV ORACLE is for the period of time selected during the sign-up process and cannot be terminated except under the following circumstances.

 

  • Should the DHV ORACLE fail to publish any articles in any two-week period during your membership, you will have the right to a refund proportional to the time remaining on your membership from when we receive written notice by email of your request for a refund.

 

  • Should the Oracle publish less than 40 articles in any calendar month you will be entitled to a refund proportional to the time remaining of your membership from when we receive written notice by email of your request for a refund.

 

Payment of Oracle membership signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
