CORPORATE WORKING GROUP

The Corporate Working Group (CWG) is a core forum within DHV-NET’s Strategic Intelligence Cycle, bringing together senior leaders across the digital health ecosystem to explore the themes shaping market direction, operational delivery, and stakeholder alignment.

Turning Dialogue into Structured Intelligence

Each session convenes an invitation-only group of decision-makers from corporates, startups, scale-ups, investors, and wider health system stakeholders. The focus is on generating real-time intelligence grounded in lived experience and cross-sector perspective, rather than abstract discussion or consensus.

What We Produce
Each CWG session generates structured intelligence capturing the most significant signals, patterns, and perspectives emerging across the themes explored.
These outputs are delivered in two stages:

1. Same-day summary
A consolidated overview of key insights and priority themes is shared with delegates on the day, providing an immediate reflection of the most important points raised.

2. Structured intelligence report (within 7 days)
A detailed DHV-NET report is produced after the session, synthesising outputs into a refined, decision-relevant view of the themes explored and their strategic implications for the sector.
Together, these outputs ensure insight is both immediately accessible and developed into structured intelligence that supports strategic decision-making.

Why Attend?

Participation in the CWG enables senior leaders to engage in a high-trust peer environment and gain a clearer understanding of how the sector is evolving. This supports:

• Testing assumptions against informed peer perspectives• Identifying alignment and divergence across stakeholders

Improving visibility of opportunity and constraint across the market• Strengthening internal strategic alignment

• Increasing confidence in decision-making under complexity and uncertainty

How the CWG Informs the Annual Strategic Review (ASR)

The CWG forms the continuous intelligence layer of DHV-NET’s Strategic Intelligence Cycle. Outputs from each session are carried forward into the Annual Strategic Review, where they are validated, assessed, and synthesised into sector-level priorities.

In turn, the ASR refines and defines the strategic focus that shapes future CWG sessions, ensuring a continuous feedback loop between live market intelligence and strategic-level synthesis anchored in the most current ecosystem signals.
