1. Invitation-Only Participation

Participation in DHV-NET Corporate Working Groups is by invitation only. Registration is personal to the invited individual and remains subject to DHV-NET's approval.

DHV-NET reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any registration at its discretion where it considers such action necessary for the effective operation of the Working Group.

​

2. Non-Transferability of Invitations

Registration links and invitations are issued solely to the individual to whom they are addressed and must not be shared, forwarded, transferred, or otherwise made available to any other person without the prior written consent of DHV-NET.

​

If DHV-NET determines that an invitation or registration link has been shared, transferred, or used by an unauthorised individual, DHV-NET reserves the right to revoke or cancel the registrations of both the original recipient and the unauthorised registrant.

​

3. Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Places at Corporate Working Groups are limited and participation is carefully managed to ensure balanced representation and constructive discussion.

​

If a registered delegate becomes unable to attend, they must notify DHV-NET as soon as reasonably practicable.

Failure to attend without prior notification, or repeated failure to provide reasonable notice of non-attendance, will result in the delegate no longer being invited to participate in future DHV-NET Corporate Working Group events, at DHV-NET's discretion.

4. Recording, Photography and Event Capture

Delegates acknowledge and agree that Corporate Working Group sessions may be recorded, photographed, filmed, or otherwise captured in audio, visual or digital formats.

​

By attending, delegates consent to the use of such recordings, photographs, and footage by DHV-NET for purposes including but not limited to:

• Event documentation

• Internal business purposes

• Post-event reports and summaries

• Marketing and promotional activities

• Research and analysis

• Future publications, presentations and materials

​

Delegates may not independently record, photograph, film, or distribute Working Group content without prior approval from DHV-NET.

​

5. Personal Data and Privacy

DHV-NET is committed to protecting personal information and processing personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

​

Personal information provided during registration or event participation will be used for the administration, organisation,and operation of Corporate Working Groups and associated DHV-NET activities.

​

DHV-NET will not sell or knowingly disclose personal delegate information to third parties except:

• Where required by law;

• Where necessary to administer the event through trusted service providers acting on DHV-NET's behalf; or

• Where the delegate has provided explicit consent.

 

Registration information and delegate details remain confidential to DHV-NET and will not be publicly disclosed without permission.

6. Use of Contributions and Collective Intelligence

Delegates acknowledge that any discussions, experiences, observations, perspectives, insights, and contributions shared during Corporate Working Group sessions may be used by DHV‑NET to generate aggregated, anonymised, and non‑attributable intelligence. DHV‑NET may analyse and combine contributions from multiple participants to identify trends, themes, opportunities, risks and other forms of collective intelligence for the benefit of the wider ecosystem.

​

This aggregated intelligence may be incorporated into Strategic Outlook Summaries, Executive Intelligence Briefings and other analytical outputs provided to delegates. DHV‑NET may also use such intelligence to support further analyses, research activities, advisory services and the development of subscription products, reports and other commercial or non‑commercial outputs.

​

Individual comments, opinions or contributions will not be disclosed or attributed to any delegate or organisation without prior permission, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

​

7. Confidentiality of Discussions

Corporate Working Groups are intended to facilitate open, informed and constructive dialogue.

Delegates agree to respect the confidential nature of discussions and shall not disclose, distribute, publish or commercially exploit information shared by other participants without the appropriate permission of the originating individual or organisation.

​

Participation in a Working Group does not grant any right to use another participant's confidential, proprietary or commercially sensitive information.

​

8. DHV-NET Outputs, Intellectual Property and Delegate Access

All materials, outputs, analyses, frameworks, reports, datasets, summaries, methodologies, briefings, tools, platforms, research and intellectual property created by DHV-NET before, during, or after a Corporate Working Group shall remain the sole and exclusive property of DHV-NET.

Attendance at or participation in a Corporate Working Group does not grant delegates or their organisations any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, licence or commercial usage rights in DHV-NET outputs unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

​

DHV-NET may create and distribute the following outputs arising from Corporate Working Group activities:

• Strategic Outlook Summaries

• Executive Intelligence Briefings

• Research reports

• Market intelligence products

• Advisory and consultancy materials

• Technology and AI-enabled products

• Other commercial or non-commercial publications

​

DHV-NET may provide Strategic Outlook Summaries to attending delegates at its discretion.

​

DHV-NET may also produce Executive Intelligence Briefings and related materials for distribution to DHV-NET members, sponsors, partners, subscribers or other authorised recipients.

​

Recipients of such materials are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal licence to distribute and share those materials throughout their own organisation for internal business purposes only.

​

Unless expressly authorised in writing by DHV-NET, recipients may not:

• Republish such materials externally;

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit such materials;

• Modify such materials for commercial purposes;

• Create derivative commercial works based on such materials

• Distribute such materials outside their organisation.

​

All intellectual property rights in such materials remain vested in DHV-NET.

​

DHV-NET retains full rights to commercialise, licence, publish, distribute, adapt, develop and otherwise utilise its outputs and intellectual property arising from Working Group activities.

​

9. Artificial Intelligence and Analytical Technologies

DHV-NET may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytical and other technology tools to support the organisation, analysis, synthesis, categorisation, and presentation of insights generated through Corporate Working Groups.

​

Such use may support the development of reports, research products, intelligence services, digital platforms, software applications and other DHV-NET offerings.

​

DHV-NET will take reasonable steps to ensure that personally identifiable information is not disclosed through such processes without appropriate consent.

​

10. Delegate Responsibility for Shared Information

Delegates are responsible for ensuring that any information, materials, opinions or content they provide during the Working Group do not:

• Breach confidentiality obligations;

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Violate contractual restrictions

• Breach applicable laws, regulations, or professional obligations.

​

DHV-NET accepts no responsibility for information voluntarily disclosed by delegates during discussions.

​

11. No Professional Advice

Information, discussions, observations, opinions, materials and outputs arising from Corporate Working Groups are provided solely for information, discussion and knowledge-sharing purposes.

​

Nothing within a Corporate Working Group, or any subsequent material produced by DHV-NET, shall constitute legal, financial, investment, regulatory, tax, medical, professional or other advice.

​

Delegates should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions based upon any information discussed or provided.

​

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DHV-NET shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, commercial or economic loss arising from:

• Participation in a Corporate Working Group

• Reliance on discussions, opinions, or contributions made during a session

• Reliance upon reports, summaries, analyses, intelligence products or materials created by DHV-NET

• Decisions taken by delegates or their organisations as a result of information obtained through the Working Group​

• The use of any Strategic Outlook Summary, Executive Intelligence Briefing, report, publication, research output, or other material produced by DHV-NET.

​

All Working Group materials and outputs are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.

​

13. Commercial Development Rights

Delegates acknowledge and agree that DHV-NET may use insights, trends, intelligence, learnings, methodologies and anonymised aggregated outputs developed through Corporate Working Groups to create, develop, enhance, market, licence, and commercialise products, services, platforms, publications, research offerings, advisory solutions and other business activities.

Participation in a Corporate Working Group does not entitle delegates or their organisations to any ownership interest, revenue share, royalties, compensation, or other financial benefit arising from such commercialisation.

​

14. Amendments

DHV-NET reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available through DHV-NET's registration process or website.

15. Acceptance

By registering for, attending, or participating in a DHV-NET Corporate Working Group, delegates confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
